1. Offset printing of packaging boxes, offset printing is mainly used for the printing of paper-based materials. Sheetfed offset presses can change the printing format and are more flexible. Currently, most web offset presses have a fixed print width. Its application is limited. With the development of technology, web offset presses are also constantly improving. A web offset press that can change the printing format has now been successfully developed. At the same time, a web-fed offset printing machine with seamless cylinder was successfully developed. The printing cylinders of this web offset press are seamless, the same as web gravure presses in this respect. Offset presses are also continually improving in their printing capabilities. By improving and adding some parts, it can print corrugated cardboard. After improvement and installation of UV drying device, UV prints can be printed.


2. Flexo printing on boxes
(1) The structure of the equipment is simple, and it is easy to form a production line. Among the three major printing equipments of offset printing, gravure printing and flexo printing, the flexo printing machine has the simplest structure. Therefore, the price of the flexo printing machine is relatively low, and the equipment investment of printing enterprises is small. At the same time, due to the simple equipment, easy operation and maintenance. At present, most flexo printing machines are connected with processing techniques such as soup gold, glazing, cutting, slitting, die cutting, creasing, punching, window opening, etc. to form a production line. Greatly improve labor productivity.
(2) Wide range of applications and substrates. Flexo can print almost all prints and use all substrates. Corrugated paper printing, especially in packaging printing, is unique here.
(3) Water-based inks are widely used. Among the three printing methods of offset printing, gravure printing and flexo printing, only flexo printing currently widely uses water-based ink. Non-toxic and non-polluting, it is beneficial to protect the environment, especially suitable for packaging and printing.

(4) The cost is lower. The low cost of flexo printing has formed a broad consensus.


3. Gravure on the box
Gravure printing, the ink color is full and three-dimensional, and the printing quality is the best among various printing methods. And the printing quality is stable. Plate life is long. Suitable for mass printing. Gravure can print extremely thin materials, such as plastic films. However, gravure plate making is complicated and expensive, and its benzene-containing ink pollutes the environment. These two problems have affected the development of gravure. In particular, the reduction of a large number of prints, and the increase of short-run prints at a low price at the same time, make gravure continue to lose the market.
